[Best of the Best] Top 5 Gadis Grup Visual

Being the visuals of a girl group isn’t easy.  They are often criticized as not being able to sing as well as the other members, or maybe they don’t dance as well.  It’s not something that you can train to be either.  Here I’ll discuss the top 5 girl group members I feel just simply are the best looking.

5.  Goo Hara – Kara

Easily the most recognizable face in her group, Hara’s popularity skyrocketed after her appearance in the original season of Invincible Youth.  She’s also well known in Japan for her similarity to popular singer Amuro Namie.  She also recently made her acting debut in the drama “City Hunter”, for which she won the New Star Award from the SBS Drama Awards.  Though many doubt her vocal abilities, very few doubt her beauty.

4.  Jung Soojung(Krystal) – f(x)

I’m a huge fan of her sister, Jessica of SNSD, but even I’ll admit that Krystal is the looker in the family. Despite turning only 18 later this year, the younger Jung has already proved her talent in singing and acting.  Already she is lead vocalist for f(x) and recent released her first solo drama OST, which you can listen to here.  She has also had roles in 2 sitcoms: “More Charming by the Day” and “High Kick 3: Revenge of the Short Leg.”  With further development, Krystal could easily become one of the most versatile idols in the industry, along with being one of the best looking already.

3.  Park Jiyeon – T-ara

While fellow member Hwayoung might be the newest member, Jiyeon is the real maknae in terms of age.  Since her debut, fans have brought up similarities between her and actress Kim Tae Hee.  However, as she has matured in age, so has her looks.  The cute girl that debuted in 2009 has given way to the hot idol that fans have seen in T-ara’s latest promotions.  Like Hara, she has been criticized for her singing abilities, however she has drawn rave reviews for her abilities as an actress.  You can read reviews for her latest drama, “Dream High 2″ here.  Though she might have a more mature look now, fans that miss the cute 18 year old Jiyeon need not fear as she’s still more than capable of pulling off the look, as she showed in a recent episode of “Dream High 2″.
2.  Im Yoona – SNSD
 
There are many reasons why Yoona is one of the most well known faces in Kpop today, the first of which is she’s just plain gorgeous.  She’s always listed near the top of any looks poll, and many fellow celebrities have chosen her as their ideal type.  Like some of the others on this list, she is not known for her vocal abilities, but she has the most impressive acting resume.  Already she has had 2 supporting roles in dramas, and lead roles in 2 others.  Yoona will also star in KBS’s “Love Rain” this year, which is set to begin airing on March 26th.  You can read more about Yoona and the previously mentioned Jiyeon here.  Though she is the oldest on this list, she is still only turns 22 this May and will no doubt remain one of Kpop’s brightest and most beautiful stars for years to come.
1. Bae Suzy – miss A

Many people were drawn to Suzy’s fresh-faced beauty when she debuted in the summer of 2010, and a year and a half later, she’s done nothing but make even more fans.  She made her acting debut in the popular “Dream High” last year, and though she received generally negative reviews for her role as Go Hyemi, she was determined to improve herself.  To this end, she will be making her film debut this year with “Introduction to Architecture”.  She is also part of the cast of the second season of Invincible Youth.  You can read more about her and the previously mentioned Krystal here.  Like her friend Krystal, she only turns 18 later this year, and will continue to captivate fans with her talent and beauty.
